Equipment Inspection Form instructions

Dear sailors

In preparation for the OK Dinghy World Championship you are required to register the equipment that you intend to use for the event.

The link provided will take you to an online form. Please complete as much as you can.

If there is any information that you do not know please type “UNKNOWN” and this can be completed later or at registration. If you are chartering please start the form and submit and it can be completed later.

If you do not have all the information yet but will do so before the deadline, plrase wait rather than submitted incomplete forms now. It is not a race.

In accordance with the Equipment Regulations on the ONB please complete the form, or as much as you can, by the stated deadline.

If you are unable to access or complete the online form please email technical@okdia.org with the following information.

  1. Your name
  2. Your World Sailing ID (if any)
  3. Sail number of boat
  4. Personal Sail Number (if any)
  5. World Sailing Plaque number (blue sticker)
  6. Builder of hull
  7. Year of construction
  8. Construction materials
  9. Weight of correctors
  10. Mast manufacturer
  11. OKDIA label number
  12. Sail 1 manufacturer
  13. Sail 1 – OKDIA label number
  14. Sail 2 manufacturer
  15. Sail 2 – OKDIA label manufacturer
  16. Centreboard manufacturer
  17. Rudder manufacturer

Also please email a copy of your measurement certificate.

By sending this information you agree to the following

  1. That the equipment described above conforms to the OK Dinghy Class Rules.
  2. That it has valid certification in accordance with RRS 78
  3. That the equipment described above will be maintained to comply with the Class Rules during this event.
  4. That I have read and understood the OK Dinghy Major Event Equipment Preparation Manual.
